A U.S. foreign affairs magazine has named Seoul the world's tenth most global city.

Foreign Policy magazine selected 65 metropolises worldwide in a survey conducted with the consulting firm A.T. Kearney for its Global Cities Index 2010.

The magazine ranked Seoul tenth overall, noting that the South Korean capital leads the world in household broadband penetration.

The magazine’s top four most global cities were, in order, New York, London, Tokyo and Paris --- identical to its rankings from two years ago.
