A U.S. congressional newspaper has included North Korea among the five key foreign policy issues President Barack Obama will face this year.

"The Hill" said Monday that “many experts expect the North to stage more nuclear tests or attacks in an effort to establish credibility for North Korean leader Kim Jong-il’s youngest son and heir apparent, Kim Jong-un."

The report said that legislative efforts to put pressure on the regime --- and on the White House --- are expected to get new life in line with the Republicans’ takeover of the House.

Other key policy issues include Iran, Russia, Sudan and oversight.
