'S.Korea, Japan, Australia Expected Strongest in Asia Zone for 2014 World Cup'

Brazilian media have predicted that South Korea, Japan and Australia will be the strongest teams in the Asia Zone during the 2014 World Cup.

The media have analyzed team strength by each continent based on the countries' FIFA rankings and their performance in previous World Cup main rounds.

Reports forecast that in the Asia Zone, South Korea, Japan and Australia will likely advance to the main round of the 2014 World Cup.

China, North Korea, Iran and Qatar are expected to fight over the fourth spot from the Asia grouping.

FIFA held the qualifying draw in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday. South Korea has been grouped with Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon in Group B within the Asia Zone teams.
