UN Likely to Discuss Further N. Korea Sanctions in July

The UN Security Council's committee on sanctioning North Korea will meet as early as next month to discuss whether to impose sanctions on additional North Korean institutions and individuals.

The sanctions committee is said to have recommended to UN members adding four North Korean institutions, three North Koreans and three foreigners to a list of North Korean entities and individuals subject to sanctions.

According to a UN source, it is yet uncertain whether the recommended additions will be made to the sanctions list.
