The head of U.N.'s nuclear watchdog agency is now in Pyongyang for talks with North Korean officials on nuclear disarmament.

Arriving in Pyongyang Tuesday afternoon, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency Mohamed ElBaradei expressed hope for progress in relations with North Korea.

AP Television News quoted him as saying that the outcome of their talks will be positive.

ElBaradei is scheduled to fly to Beijing Wednesday. There he is likely to meet with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill, who is also scheduled to arrive in the Chinese capital Wednesday for working group sessions on implementing the February 13th six-way nuclear agreement with North Korea.
