WSJ: N. Korea Will Soon Have Arsenal That Can Hit Chicogo

The Wall Street Journal says that the United States’ concerns are growing over North Korea’s intercontinental ballistic missile KN-08, adding the rogue regime will soon have an arsenal that can hit Chicago.
In the opinion section on Friday, the paper expressed a cynical view of additional sanctions against the North by the United Nations, downplaying U.S. President Barack Obama’s announcement to seek new sanctions following the North’s fifth nuclear test.
The daily also criticized China, saying that Beijing, which implemented strong UN Security Council sanctions adopted in March, resumed trade with Pyongyang after South Korea and the United States decided to deploy a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) battery on the Korean Peninsula.
The paper said that the United States should apply a secondary boycott to Chinese businesses trading with North Korea.
