VOA: Russia Customs Seize N. Korean Cargo Used to Make Bullet-proof Vests
Russian officials have reportedly seized a cargo of bulletproof vest material bound for North Korea.
Voice of America(VOA) reported customs officials took control of the 40-kilogram shipment at Vladivostok International Airport.
It contained eight coils of bullet-resistant Aramid fiber used to make protective gear.
Russia prohibits Aramid coil from being taken out of the country, and customs officials say it is considered a dual-use item that can be put to military use.
