Just a day ahead of Donald Trump’s inauguration as the new U.S. president, North Korea has repeated its stance that it can launch intercontinental ballistic missiles(ICBM) at any time and place.
  
The North’s state newspaper Rodong Sinmun said in a commentary on Friday that Pyongyang’s test-firing of "intercontinental ballistic rockets" is a justified self-defense measure against nuclear threats from the U.S.
  
The newspaper said Washington has no say in North Korea’s development and testing of ICBMs and even something more.

Bringing up the U.S.’ launch of the LGM-30 Minuteman III missile last year, it criticized Washington for wrongly accusing North Korea of developing ICBMs and making provocations.
