EU Denounce N. Korea's Missile Test-Launch

The European Union(EU) and some leading European countries have denounced North Korea for its latest missile provocation, warning the regime that the international community will take a stern sanction measure against it.
The European External Action Service(EEAS), a foreign policy arm of the EU, issued a statement on Sunday, saying the missile launch is a violation of the North’s international obligations as set out in multiple UN Security Council Resolutions, adding it cannot condone the repeated act of provocation.
EEAS called on the North to comply with the UNSC resolutions and suspend all its launch activities using ballistic missile technologies and give up its nuclear program in a complete, verifiable and irreversible manner.
France’s Foreign Ministry emphasized that the international community should waste no time in joining hands in taking action aimed at preventing the North from possessing a viable nuclear weapon.
The Foreign Ministry of Italy urged the North to stop its provocative acts, stressing that its repeated missile launches and nuclear development program threatens international peace and furthers the country’s isolation.
