'Trump Will Send Signal to N. Korea Very Soon'

A senior policy adviser to U.S. President Donald Trump says that the president will send a signal to North Korea “very soon.”

Appearing on CBS’ “Face the Nation” on Sunday, Trump’s top policy adviser Stephen Miller said that Trump stood shoulder to shoulder with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and sent a message to the whole world that the U.S. stands with its allies.

Miller said that saying the U.S. stands with its ally and having Trump and Abe appear on camera together was a statement that will be understood very well by North Korea.

He then added that the U.S. administration would also be “sending another signal very soon” to North Korea.

The top policy aide said that the signal will be when the U.S. begins a great rebuilding of its armed forces.
