Acting President: N. Korea Behind Kim Jong-nam's Assassination

Acting President Hwang Kyo-ahn says it appears certain that North Korea is behind Kim Jong-nam's assassination, based on announcements by Malaysian authorities and various other information.
In a meeting of the National Security Council on Monday, Hwang said the murder is a crime against humanity and terrorism that cannot be tolerated.
Noting that the assault was carried out in an international airport, which is a public space, he said it shows the North's recklessness and brutality and how it is using whatever means necessary to maintain its regime.
Hwang said the South Korean government should seek cooperation with the international community so that the North will pay for its terrorist acts.
