S. Korea Considers Raising Global Attention on N. Korea's Cruelty, Inhumanity

South Korea is pointing to the murder of Kim Jong-nam as another reason to focus on North Korea's human rights abuses.
The Foreign Ministry says Second Vice Foreign Minister Ahn Chong-ghee plans to raise the issue when he attends a session of the United Nations Human Rights Council set to open next Monday in Geneva.
The government is reviewing ways to put the murder of Kim Jong-un's half brother in a broader context of human rights abuses, while it closely watches developments in Malaysia's investigation.
