N. Korean Diplomat, 4 Suspects Captured on CCTV

Additional evidence has emerged to strengthen allegations that a North Korean embassy official and an airliner employee colluded with the four fugitives in the killing of Kim Jong-nam.

Citing police sources, Malaysian media outlets said Thursday that North Korean Embassy's Hyon Kwang-song and Air Koryo staff Kim Wook-il were captured on airport CCTV cameras with the four North Koreans.

In the video footage, Hyon and Kim were seeing off the four suspects on the same day as Kim Jong-nam was killed.

Earlier this week, the Malaysian police added Hyon and Kim to the list of suspects in connection with the death of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's half brother.

The police said that the two additional suspects were still in Malaysia and that they requested cooperation from the North Korean government on questioning them.

The four North Koreans, identified as Ri Ji-hyun, Hong Song-hak, Oh Jong-gil, and Ri Jae-nam, left Malaysia immediately after the two female suspects attacked Kim Jong-nam at Kuala Lumpur International Airport on February 13th.

It was known that they arrived in Pyongyang on Friday of last week via Dubai and Vladivostok.
