Nuke Envoys to Discuss VX Assassination of Kim Jong-nam

The chief nuclear envoys of South Korea, the U.S. and Japan will hold talks on Monday in Washington.
After arriving at Washington Dulles International Airport on Sunday, Seoul's nuclear envoy Kim Hong-kyun said the February 13th killing of Kim Jong-nam is a key development along with the North's latest missile launch.
Kim said that he and his counterparts will discuss how the three allies will respond to the use of the WMD-classified VX nerve agent in the assassination.
The three chief negotiators are also expected to have follow-up discussions on the joint strategies on the North Korean nuclear issue, which was initially discussed during the trilateral foreign ministers’ meeting on February 16th.
On the sidelines of the trilateral meeting, Kim is also scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with his U.S. counterpart, Special Representative for North Korea Policy Joseph Yun.
The Japanese side will be represented by Director-General for the Foreign Ministry’s Asian and Oceanian Affairs Bureau Kenji Kanasugi.
