Malaysian Police to Charge 3 Suspects with Murder in Kim Jong-nam Death

Malaysian police plan to indict three suspects on charges of murder in connection with the assassination of Kim Jong-nam within this week.
According to local media on Tuesday, Malaysian police submitted a report on their probe results to the prosecutor general as the custody deadline nears for North Korean national Ri Jong-chol, Vietnamese national Doan Thi Huong and Indonesian suspect Siti Aisyah.
The detention period of Huong and Aisyah will end on Wednesday. The two women were arrested on January 15th, two days after they attacked Kim with VX nerve agent in Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
The detention period of Ri, who is considered to be a medicine and chemical expert, expires on Friday. Ri is suspected of being involved in making the VX nerve agent and bringing it into Malaysia.
