White House: THAAD to Counter N. Korea Threats
Following North Korea’s latest ballistic missiles provocations, the White House is highlighting the need for deploying the U.S. THAAD battery in South Korea.

Speaking to reporters on Monday, White House press secretary Sean emphasized that the U.S. stands with its allies against the threat.
He said the North’s missile launch on Monday is consistent with its history of provocative behaviors.
