Trump on Friday left a Twitter message that reads, "North Korea is behaving very badly."

Trump's comments came as his Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said in Seoul that Washington's policy of strategic patience with Pyongyang is over.

"Let me be very clear. The policy of strategic patience has ended. We are exploring a new range of security and diplomatic measures. All options are on the table."
"...if North Korea takes actions that threatens South Korean forces or our own forces, then that will be met with an appropriate response.”
Tillerson also strongly criticized China for its economic retaliation to South Korea over its decision to house the U.S. THAAD antimissile battery, calling the Chinese measures "inappropriate and troubling."
After holding talks with the South Korean foreign minister on Friday, the top American envoy is going to discuss North Korea, THAAD and other issues with Chinese officials over the weekend in Beijing.
Presidents Trump and Xi Jinping are expected meet in the U.S. next month. Trump had been critical of China for its support of North Korea and the devaluation of the yuan, which he said is harmful to the US economy.
