China Opposes US Sanctions Bill on Halting Oil Supply to N. Korea

China says it's opposed to a U.S. bill aiming to cut off North Korea's crude oil supply.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying told reporters parties involved in Korean Peninsula affairs should act in a way conducive to easing rather than accelerating tensions.
She reiterated Beijing's proposal of a denuclearization process alongside peace treaty negotiations with Pyongyang, including a possible suspension of joint South Korea-U.S. military drills in return for a halt to North Korean nuclear and missile activities.
