Royce: New Bill to Considerably Block Funds Going into Nuke Development

Voice of America said Friday that a bill passed in the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee to tighten screws on North Korea will help to considerably block funds going into the North's nuclear development.
VOA said that committee chairman and Congressman Ed Royce who sponsored the bill offered this projection when a reporter asked how much pain the new measure will inflict on the North Korean regime
Royce explained the bill is aimed at cutting off Pyongyang's source of funds so it can no longer continue progress in its development of an intercontinental ballistic missile, miniaturization of nuclear warheads, and preparation for another nuclear test which is being confirmed through satellite imagery.
He also stressed it's urgently necessary to place North Korea back on the State Department's list of terrorism sponsoring nations following the assassination of Kim Jong-nam, the half brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
