Kim Jong-nam's Body Leaves Beijing for Pyongyang

Two North Koreans suspected of involvement in the murder of Kim Jong-nam have returned to Pyongyang as part of a diplomatic agreement with Malaysia.

Hyon Kwang-song, the second secretary of the North Korean Embassy in Malaysia, and Kim Uk-il, an employee at North Korean flag carrier Air Koryo, flew to Pyongyang Friday via Beijing.

They escorted the body of leader Kim Jong-un's half brother, who was murdered with VX nerve agent at Kuala Lumpur airport last month.

The two reportedly curtailed a layover period in Beijing in order to get Kim Jong-nam's body home before it could decompose.

Under the agreement that permitted the two North Koreans and the body to depart, nine Malaysian nationals were also released and returned home Friday, ending a diplomatic feud sparked by the killing.
