Chinese State Media: This Week Most Crucial over April Crisis on Korean Peninsula

A Chinese state-run newspaper has claimed that this week is the most crucial week in regard to rumors that a war may break out on the Korean Peninsula this month.
The Huanqiu Shibao, a sister paper of the Communist Party’s official newspaper the People's Daily, made the speculation in an analysis article of the so-called “April Crisis” rumors on Tuesday explaining the speculations over the North’s imminent sixth nuclear test that could be carried out for the birthday of North Korean founder Kim Il-sung on Saturday.
It also talked about the redeployment of the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier to waters near the Korean Peninsula, saying it shows that Washington is conscious of the gravity of the situation in the region and that U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to send the aircraft carrier back was encouraged by its successful air raid on Syria.
The paper also focused on whether the North’s ongoing parliamentary session will reaffirm the country’s simultaneous pursuit of nuclear and economic development.
