N. Korean Vice Foreign Minister Responds to Trump

North Korea has threatened that it "won't keep its arms crossed" if the U.S. carries out a preemptive strike against Pyongyang.
In an interview with the Associated Press in Pyongyang on Friday, the North’s Vice Foreign Minister Han Song-ryol stressed that his country already has a powerful nuclear deterrent.

"It looks like Trump said that we are 'looking for trouble,' but it is the U.S. that caused the trouble, not us. On the issue of a nuclear test, this is a matter our supreme leadership will decide. There will be a nuclear test at a time and venue chosen by the supreme leadership."
Han was blaming U.S. President Donald Trump for building up what he called a "vicious cycle" of tensions on the Korean Peninsula, calling his North Korea-related tweets "aggressive."
Trump has repeatedly denounced the North via Twitter, saying “North Korea is looking for trouble” and “they have been playing the United States for years.”
