(Any message for North Korea?)
"Gotta behave."
Walking through a crowd of children at the White House Easter Egg Roll event, President Donald Trump was asked if he had a message to North Korea.
In a briefing Monday, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer provided a more elaborate response.

"So I don’t think that you're going to see the President drawing red lines in the sand, but I think that the action that he took in Syria shows that, when appropriate, this President will take decisive action."
The spokesman said that Trump holds his cards close to his vest and will not telegraph how he's going to respond to any military or other situation going forward.
Asked if Trump is accepting the risk of war on the Korean Peninsula, Spicer argued that trying to get something off the table in any way would only limit parameters.
With the White House maintaining its ambiguity in hawkish terms, the regime in Pyongyang is not budging.
In an interview with the BBC in Pyongyang Tuesday, the North’s Vice Foreign Minister Han Song-ryol said his government will react to a U.S. military attack with a nuclear preemptive strike.
The North's Deputy UN Ambassador Kim In-ryong also held an unscheduled news conference at the UN headquarters in New York on Monday, confirming that another nuclear test will take place.

"If the US dares opt for military action, the DPRK is ready to react to any mode of war desired by the Americans.”
“As far as a nuclear test is concerned, it was already announced to the public. It is something that our headquarters decided. At a time and at the place where our headquarters deem necessary, it will take place.”
He said that the current situation proves that North Korea was right when it increased its military capabilities for self-defense.
