North Korea has vowed to continue to test missiles, warning an “all-out war” should the U.S. take military action against it. 
 
North Korea’s s Vice Foreign Minister Han Song-ryol made the remarks to the BBC in Pyongyang on Tuesday saying the North will react to a U.S. military attack with a nuclear preemptive strike of their own style and method.
 
Han said despite the international pressure on the regime’s weapons of mass destruction programs, the North will conduct more missile tests “on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis”, asserting that its nuclear program is to deter the U.S.’ aggression
 
He argued that it will be “reckless” for the U.S. to use military means against the North, warning such action will trigger an all-out war.
