U.S. Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly has warned that Pyongyang could have the ability to launch a nuclear-tipped ballistic missile toward the U.S. within the first term of U.S. President Donald Trump.
 
In an interview with CNN on Sunday, Kelly said Washington will be dealing in real terms with the threat of North Korea’s nuclear-tipped missile before Trump starts his second term.
 
The secretary said the minute North Korea gets a missile that could reach the U.S. and puts a nuclear weapon on it the U.S. is at grave risk.
 
Kelly, however, declined to comment on whether the U.S. would be able to shoot down North Korean missiles, saying it was classified information.
