Trump Says N. Korea Issue will be Solved at Some Point
U.S. President Donald Trump told his Japanese counterpart on Friday that North Korea's nuclear issue will be resolved at some point.
French news agency AFP reports Trump met with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on the sidelines of the Group of Seven summit in Italy.
According to the report, Trump told Abe that the North Korean issue is a "big problem, a world problem" and "at some point it will be solved, you can bet on that."
Trump is visiting Sicily to attend the two-day G-7 summit opening Friday.
