Bloomberg: N. Korea's Trade Volume Reached $6.6Bln Last Year

Bloomberg news agency says North Korea’s trade volume last year was estimated at six-point-six billion U.S. dollars.
China accounted for about 90 percent of the total at six-point-one billion dollars. India came in second followed by the Philippines, Russia, Thailand, Pakistan and Burkina Faso.
The news agency said that the North’s top ten trading partners, which also include Venezuela, Chile and Dominican Republic, could publicly face pressure from the international community, including the U.S.
Last month, U.S. Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said that UN member states have to make a choice between Pyongyang and Washington, saying that a country should either support North Korea or the U.S.
