N. Korea Claims Successful Development of ICBM
Following a ballistic missile launch Tuesday morning, North Korea has claimed that it has succeeded in developing an inter-continental ballistic missile(ICBM).
North Korea's state-run Korean Central Television(KCTV) carried an announcement Tuesday afternoon, saying its test launch of the Hwasong-14 intercontinental missile was a success.
It said that the missile flew 39 minutes to hit a target in the East Sea.
The announcement also stated that the newly developed missile can hit any target around the globe.
