Moon Warns N. Korea not to Cross Red Line

President Moon Jae-in is warning North Korea that if it crosses a red line with continued provocations, it will be anybody’s guess how the South Korea-U.S. alliance will respond to it.
According to his chief press secretary, Moon said following Tuesday's launch of a ballistic missile that he hopes the North will not reach a point of no return.
During a a meeting with former British Prime Minister David Cameron in Seoul, Moon said he had agreed with U.S. President Trump to collaborate toward a peaceful and verifiable denuclearization of the Korean peninsula, and the North's latest actions do not correspond to that goal.
The South Korean president also called for more active efforts by China to resolve the issue of North Korea's weapons programs.
