Hawaii Plans Emergency Civil Defense against N. Korean ICBM

The U.S. state of Hawaii reportedly will soon announce a new civil defense plan to respond to a hypothetical North Korean missile attack.
The local newspaper, the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, reports the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency(Hi-EMA) plan includes attack warning sirens, shelter protocols, school antidisaster drills, and a TV advertisement campaign.
Hawaiian officials estimate a North Korean intercontinental ballistic missile like the one Pyongyang test-launched on July fourth could reach the state in less than 20 minutes.
They say state residents need to be able to get to safety in just 15 minutes.
