N. Korea May be Able to Develop Solid-Fuel ICBM by 2025

A U.S. missile expert says that North Korea may be able to develop a new solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missile(ICBM) by 2025.
John Schilling revealed the prediction in a contribution to the North Korea monitoring Web site 38 North published Tuesday.
He said that the North may consider the liquid-propellant KN-20 to be an interim system to eventually build a solid-propellant ICBM. Solid-propellant ICBMs can be fueled and stored at hidden places long term.
The rocket expert pointed out that North Korea is currently not capable of mounting a nuclear warhead at its present stage of technology.
