‘Conditions for Denuclearization Talks will be Created if Situation Managed’

Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha says she believes conditions will be created to activate diplomacy for North Korea's denuclearization if situations on the Korean Peninsula are well managed through early October.
Kang made the remark during a briefing at the Foreign Ministry in Seoul on Monday.
October marks the tenth anniversary of the October fourth peace declaration signed during the second Inter-Korean summit and the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the North's ruling Workers' Party.
On the North's launch of short-range projectiles last Saturday, Kang said Seoul will devise measures for all possible scenarios.
