The Voice of America(VOA) reports that the UN Security Council sanctions committee on North Korea has drafted a list of objects of dual use that could be used by Pyongyang as weapons. 
 
The list unveiled by the UN committee is known to include eleven items -- eight that can be used in nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles and three related to biochemical weapons.
 
The first group includes nail bombs, compression springs and polyacrylonitrile fabric which can produce carbon fiber. 
 
According to the VOA on Tuesday, Italy's Permanent Representative to the UN Sebastiano Cardi, who chairs the North Korea sanctions committee, gave final approval on these banned items on August 18th after taking order from the UN Security Council.
