N. Korean Foreign Minister's UN Speech Postponed Until Saturday

North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho will reportedly address the UN General Assembly in New York on Saturday, one day later than originally planned.
Sources said Thursday that Ri's speech has been rescheduled to the end of Saturday's morning session, which will likely carry over into the afternoon.
It's uncertain whether the North postponed the speech or it was pushed back in the process of coordinating the order of other speeches.
The foreign minister, who arrived in New York on Wednesday, strongly criticized U.S. President Donald Trump for his recent threat of total destruction of North Korea, comparing him to a barking dog.
