'Highest Level of Actions in Kim Jong-un's Remarks May be H-bomb Test in Pacific'

North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho says that his country may conduct the most powerful test of a hydrogen bomb in the Pacific Ocean as part of its actions against the U.S.
The North's top diplomat made the remarks on Thursday when asked to comment on North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's warning about taking the "highest-level" of actions against the U.S.
Kim said in the statement on Thursday that he is considering the strongest actions in response to U.S. President Donald Trump's threat to "totally destroy" the North at the UN.
Ri, who is visiting New York to attend the UN General Assembly, told reporters in front of his hotel that he has no idea what actions will be taken as it will be ordered by Kim Jong-un, but it could be the most powerful detonation of a hydrogen bomb in the Pacific.
