The United States is expected to soon announce the specific targets of its latest unilateral sanctions on North Korea.

The new executive order targeting third-country firms and individuals doing business with North Korea was signed by U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday.

A source with deep knowledge of the Trump administration said it look as if they are ready to announce the list at any time, perhaps as early as on Tuesday.

The U.S. government has been reiterating its strong will to block the many sources of cash being funneled into the North’s weapons development program, following Pyongyang's threat to test a hydrogen bomb in the Pacific Ocean.
