A senior North Korean official in charge of U.S. affairs arrived in Moscow on Tuesday for talks with a Russian ambassador.
 
The North's official Korean Central News Agency reported on Monday that Choe Son Hui, director-general of the North American department at the North Korean Foreign Ministry, departed for Moscow to meet with Oleg Burmistrov, the Russian ambassador at large in charge of the North Korean nuclear issue. 
 
An official at the North Korean Embassy in Moscow told Russian media that Choe will hold talks with the Russian ambassador on Monday or Tuesday. 
 
However, the Russian Foreign Ministry just said that the two will hold a meeting this week, without mentioning a date.
