A U.S. expert on China says that Beijing is equipping North Korea with weapons. 
 
Gordon Chang, author of "The Coming Collapse of China" said during an interview with FOX Business on Wednesday that China is weaponizing North Korea. 
 
Chang said that Chinese President Xi Jinping has been transferring very important weapons and equipment and technology to the North Koreans, especially to their ballistic missile program.
 
Chang claimed that in July, North Korea test fired intercontinental ballistic missiles for the first time over Japan, which were transported by Chinese mobile launchers.
 
The expert added that the missiles North Korea tested in August of last year and February and May of this year looked to be variants of China’s JL-1 submarine launched missile. Chang said that this is something the Trump administration needs to discuss with China.
