'Diplomatic and Political Pressure Needed to Thwart N. Korean Nukes'
NATO's Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg claimed that diplomatic and political pressure is needed on top of economic sanctions to block North Korea's nuclear and missile development.
He made the remarks to reporters at the NATO headquarters in Brussels on Tuesday.
Stoltenberg noted that no one wants war but North Korea's development of nuclear weapons and long range ballistic missiles must be stopped.
He welcomed the passing of the UN Security Council's tough sanctions on North Korea and added they are being implemented at a high level.
