Former US JCS Chairman says N. Korea could Potentially Use Nuclear Weapons

Former U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mike Mullen says North Korea could not only attain nuclear weapons, but "potentially use them."
In an interview with ABC's "This Week" on Sunday, Mullen said the likelihood of the North using nuclear arms in the future is more probable than it used to be and that it scares him to death.
He said that "if we have someone in North Korea that has a lethal legacy, is very, very unpredictable, and sees this as a way to solidify his future, that he could well not just attain them but potentially use them."
He noted that there is more uncertainty on the Korean Peninsula than there was a year ago, "in principle because of the rhetoric that is there."
