Seoul’s Unification Minister has strongly denounced North Korea’s latest missile launch.
 
Cho Myoung-gyon made the condemnation Wednesday during the opening ceremony of a memorial hall for the South Koreans abducted by the North during the Korean War at Imjingak Pavilion in Paju, Gyeonggi Province. 

He said Seoul will stand united with the international community in sternly dealing with the North’s provocations. 
 
Cho said, however, that the South Korean government remains committed to resolving the North Korean nuclear issue peacefully and restoring the inter-Korean relations without wavering. 
 
He also promised the government's continued efforts to bring surviving abductees and the remains of those who died back to the South.
