British Foreign Minister: Boosting Pressure Best Way to Resolve N. Korea's Nuke Issue

British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson says the best way to resolve North Korea’s nuclear issue is to strengthen economic pressure on the reclusive state.
Johnson met with his Japanese counterpart Taro Kono in London in the third Japan-UK Foreign and Defense Ministerial Meeting.
They issued a joint statement, saying maximum pressure must be applied on North Korea to halt its nuclear weapons development, and added the two countries will never accept a nuclear North Korea.
Johnson was quoted as telling a joint news conference that military options in North Korea are not desirable.
