Nuke Envoys of S. Korea, Japan to Meet

Top nuclear envoys of South Korea and Japan plan to meet to discuss North Korea.
Seoul’s Foreign Ministry says Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs Lee Do-hoon will sit down with his Japanese counterpart Kenji Kanasugi in Tokyo on Thursday and Friday.
The talks are scheduled after the South Korea-Japan foreign ministers’ meeting on Tuesday.
The two sides aim to map out a future course of action and persuade North Korea to come back to the negotiation table.
