Inter-Korean Talks to Begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday

The Unification Ministry says the high-level inter-Korean talks set for Tuesday will begin at 10 a.m.
Ministry spokesman, Baik Tae-hyun, said in a news briefing on Monday that Tuesday’s meeting will begin with a full session at 10 a.m. He said the time was set together with the North earlier on Sunday.
The two Koreas are set to meet at the Peace House in Panmunjeom on the South Korean side of the border to discuss North Korea's participation in the upcoming PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games and ways to improve inter-Korean ties.
South Korea will be represented by Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon while the North will be represented by Ri Son-gwon, chairman of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland, the state agency in charge of inter-Korean affairs.
