Trump Denies Saying He Has Good Relationship with Kim Jong-un

U.S. President Donald Trump has denied that he said he has a good relationship with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, saying the Wall Street Journal deliberately misquoted him.
The U.S. daily quoted Trump as saying in an interview last week that "I probably have a very good relationship with Kim Jong-un."
But Trump tweeted on Sunday that “The Wall Street Journal stated falsely that I said to them 'I have a good relationship with Kim Jong Un.”
He added that "Obviously I didn't say that. I said 'I'd have a good relationship with Kim Jong Un," a big difference. Fortunately we now record conversations with reporters and they knew exactly what I said and meant. They just wanted a story. FAKE NEWS!"
Both the White House and the paper posted the relevant portion of the recording, but the Washington Post said that it is difficult to tell whether Trump said “I” or “I'd.”
