North Korea Sets Date and Time for Working-Level Talks on Olympics
North Korea has proposed holding a working-level meeting with the South at ten a.m. on Wednesday on the North's participation in the PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games.
A Unification Ministry official said Monday that the North proposed to hold the talks at the Peace House in Panmunjeom truce village.
The official said that South Korea plans to accept the North's proposed time and venue, adding that Pyongyang said it would send three officials to the talks.
South Korea had earlier notified the North that it would be sending three representatives to the working-level talks, including Vice Unification Minister Chun Hae-sung.
