Otto Warmbier's Family Sues N. Korea over his Death

The parents of American college student Otto Warmbier have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against North Korea, claiming that the country brutally tortured and murdered their son while he was imprisoned there for 17 months.
The Washington Post reported on Thursday that Fred and Cindy Warmbier filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., seeking compensation for the death of the 22-year-old.
The 22-page complaint states that North Korea took Otto hostage for its own wrongful ends and brutally tortured and murdered him.
Warmbier died on June 19th, 2017 just six days after he was evacuated from North Korea in a coma.
