South and North Korean officials holding Red Cross talks on Friday exchanged draft agreements ahead of their afternoon session.

The two sides, which are discussing holding inter-Korean family reunions around Independence Day on August 15th, exchanged draft agreements believed to contain the time, scale and method of the reunions suggested by each side.

The Friday talks began with a general meeting at 10 a.m. The chief delegates of the two Koreas then sat down for talks from 11:45 a.m. for about an hour.

The afternoon meeting began around 3:50 p.m.
