TVXQ to hold 4 additional concerts during Japan tour
Tickets for top K-pop group TVXQ’s first series of tour concerts in Japan, entitled “Heart, Mind and Soul” have been sold out. SM Entertainment, TVXQ’s management agency announced on March 23rd that 4 additional concerts have been scheduled to take place. A total of 7 concerts were originally planned to begin in Sapporo on May 13th, then move through Nagoya, Yokohama and to Tokyo on June 25th. However, with all the tickets being sold out in advance, the band decided to add 4 concerts to the original schedules. As a result, the K-pop band will perform in a total of 11 concerts including the ones to be held on May 18th in Osaka, on 27th in Yokohama and on June 27th and 28th in Tokyo.
SM Entertainment said, “We have been accepting pre-orders for the tickets from the members of TVXQ’s fan clubs in Japan since February 26th. The tickets were sold out not long after the opening of the ticket purchasing service and requests for additional concerts have been rushing in. We finally decided to hold 4 additional concerts in the cities where most requests for the concert tickets rushed in.” Meanwhile, the tickets for the ‘Cassiopeia Tour’ package, in which Korean fans of TVXQ will be able to travel in groups to Japan to watch the concerts, will be available for purchase on the band’s official web site starting on March 30th. Participants of the tour packages will be able to watch concerts to be held on May 20th in Osaka, June 10th in Nagoya and on June 25th in Tokyo.
