Former HOT member, Tony Ahn, will be making the "next HOT" idol group.

According to an interview on April 19th, Ahn said, "A group of five males are currently preparing to form the next idol group." Thy may debut as soon as this upcoming summer.

Ahn is currently the CEO of TN Entertainment. Despite managing many talented faces, this is the first time he has attempted to produce an idol group. The former idol star did hint that the group has plenty of experience from their time spent in Japan. They have yet to finalize any concrete details such as their debut title track. He does however have one thing established: he wants them to be the 2nd HOT. Similar to the original HOT, there are five members. In case anyone's been keeping up with entertainment in Japan, the group has been promoting under the name "SMASH" there. Ahn did express his regret that he couldn't help the group much being that he was still serving his military duties when they were training and promoting in Japan.
